I suppose it sums up my approach to the job of being a wedding and funeral celebrant: I aim to create ceremonies that are anything but earthbound, and conduct them wherever your imagination and your budget take you.

That applies to weddings, but also to the other ceremonies that I can perform: affirmations, namings and of course funerals. Nobody has asked me to launch a ship yet, but I'm up for it!

Ceremonies work has taken me all over the UK and to France, Spain, Turkey and Morocco. Plus, my preferred mode of transport - within the M25 anyway - by Vespa. Sometimes that feels a bit like flying.....
