The Flying Humanist - Non-religious ceremonies in the UK and abroad
My name is Jim Trimmer. I am a committed humanist, with a background in marketing communications and performance as an actor and singer.

I have been conducting humanist ceremonies since August 2001, in venues ranging from Central London (Battersea Park, the Roof Garden, the Foreign Press Association, the Amadeus Centre, the 20 Century Theatre) to the Kent countryside, chateaux in the Loire Valley, gardens in Champagne, Picardy and Provence, a riverbank in deepest Languedoc and the most opulent hotel in Seville.

We have had solo piano, solo guitar, string quartets, soul bands and steel bands, small choirs, duos of harp and violin, flute and harpsichord, ensembles of family members........and readings from Edward Monkton and Edward Lear, Bertrand Russell and Brian Patten.

I live in Kingston on Thames so usually work with couples who are based in London or Surrey - although the ceremony itself can be anywhere your imagination (and your budget) takes you!
